63.000 plates/hour capacity thermoforming line sold in Italy

The Company Brown machine has recently sold to a well-known
Italian manufacturer of Polystyrene and Polypropylene disposable
items, a thermoforming line having a production capacity of
63.000 disposable plates hourly.<br>
As regards the HIPS disposable plates production, it’s
surely one of the thermoforming lines with the highest production
capacity of the world. This Brown line is composed by a thermoformer
B5060 and of a trimming press T-345 V.
The thermoformer has a maximum thermoforming size of mm 1250
x 1560 with a 30-cavity mould. The thermoformer B 5060 has been
designed for receiving the HIPS sheet directly by the extruder,
which will be placed in line with the thermoformer , making
a commonly named “inline” plant. The trimming press, T345V,
moves vertically and has been properly designed by Brown Machine
for the inline trimming of PS or PP disposable plates or containers
in general having a max. deep of draw of 70 ÷ 80 mm. The trimming
mould has two rows and allows the production of flat and soup
plates at the same time, which will be afterwards conveyed on
two separated packing units
